We currently accept payment by credit card via PayPal or directly through PayPal. Use either method to complete your transaction at checkout.

Shipping

We do world wide shipping. It usually takes 1-2 workdays to receive your order in Italy. For Europe, US or Canada China, Japan, Australia and other countries it takes 3-7 working days. We use Postal service for all our deliveries. Prices online for Extra-CEE, are NOT-INCLUSIVE of duty and import fees.

IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OF DELIVERY AND RETURN TO THE SENDER, THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING COSTS.

Return instructions:

It is possible to make one or more products purchased no later than 15 working days from the date of delivery of your order. The shipping costs for the return/change size are free by Italy/Europe. In other Country (no EU)  the shipping are charged to the customer.

To facilitate the product return process, follow these instructions:

1. Package the item / items carefully. Indicate the reason for the return on the invoice and put the invoice inside the package. It is possible to use any courier to make the return with traceable shipping ( DHL, Ups, etc.).

2. Procedure in the case of:

• Reimbursement: Indicate on the invoice you intend to receive a refund of the amount originally paid. 

• Size change: Indicate on the invoice that you intend to proceed with the size change. Indicate the desired size. As soon as the garment arrives in place we will send the change without additional charges.

   The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer. (no EU Country)
