It is possible to make one or more products purchased no later than 15 working days from the date of delivery of your order. The shipping costs for the return or change of size / item are charged to the customer. To facilitate the product return process, follow these instructions:
1. Package the item / items carefully.
Indicate the reason for the return on the invoice and put the invoice inside the package. It is possible to use any courier to make the return with traceable shipping ( DHL, Ups, etc.).
2. Procedure in the case of:
• Reimbursement: Indicate on the invoice you intend to receive a refund of the amount originally paid. As soon as the garment arrives in place we will issue a refund of the sum on the card or account used for the purchase.
• Size change: Indicate on the invoice that you intend to proceed with the size change. Indicate the desired size. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
