Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that after you receive an item, you have 14 days to request a return. For orders shipped to European Union countries, the first return is free. For it to be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags, and must be returned, where possible, in its original packaging.

Mode
To initiate a return, log in to your account, enter the Orders section, select the order you are interested in, and click Request Return.

On the next screen you will have to:

  1. select the item or items you want to make;
  2. indicate the reason for the return from the dedicated menu;
  3. fill in the Note field, mandatorily specifying whether the request concerns a size change, a color change or a refund.

Important: Even if the field is displayed as "Optional Note", for the correct handling of the request you must indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund.

Once the request is sent, you will receive a confirmation and the necessary return label to proceed with shipping.

In case of change, we ask you to indicate in the note the desired size or color. You can request a return only for changes in size and/or color of the same item purchased; you cannot request a replacement with different products. Replacement will only be possible based on the availability of the item at the time of handling the request.

The change of size and/or color does not automatically lead to the renewal of the withdrawal periods provided for the original order. Any further return or exchange requests relating to the same order may be evaluated by Customer Service according to the conditions of this notice and may include shipping costs to be borne by the Customer.

Damage and problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you have any defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item.

Right of withdrawal for orders shipped to the European Union
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005, Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded online, without having to provide any reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer, or a third party appointed by him other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.
For the return to be accepted, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was received: it must not have been worn, washed, damaged or used, it must have all the original tags applied and it must be returned, where possible, in the original packaging.

For all Extra-EU orders, the goods can be sent back with shipping costs paid by the Customer, freely choosing the preferred courier and shipping method. The Customer must communicate the desire to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products and send the goods back within the next 14 (fourteen) days from the communication of withdrawal. The return must be sent to the following address: Dream Project SpA, Magazzino 78, Via Callano 161/163, Complesso Incà, 76121 Barletta (BT), Italy. In the case of returns from Non-EU territories, any duties, taxes, customs charges and charges related to the customs clearance procedure will be borne by the Customer and may be deducted from the total amount of the refund.  For Extra-EU orders, there is no size and/or color change.

Refunds
If the return is approved, Dream Project will refund the amount due using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will only be made after receipt of the returned product and following verification of its compliance with the return conditions indicated in this notice. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. It may take some time for the bank or company that issued the credit card to process and make the refund visible.

The right of withdrawal may apply to the purchased product in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, accessories, etc...). In the event of damage or loss of the property during the return shipment organized independently by the Customer, the latter may contact the chosen courier for appropriate checks and refund requests.

It is not possible to make a garment purchased online in-store and vice versa.

In any case, the Customer may forfeit the right to a full or partial refund if Dream Project determines that the returned product is not intact, is used, washed, damaged, without the original tags or missing integral elements and/or accessories, such as closures, laces, buckles or other components. If the return is not accepted, Dream Project will return the product to the sender, charging the sender the related shipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
